We began serving our Asian goodness in the SoHo section of NYC and we quickly became a neighborhood fixture for locals and tourists. Our customers have called us an Asian Diner; I guess because of the formica decor, second hand chairs, and diner stools. We never meant that to happen; just blame the shoestring budget. Certainly, we do not mind the reference because now it’s our identity.
We’re a mom and pop shop and we pride ourselves in making healthy, rib-sticking, lip smacking, feel good, home cooked comfort food. We have no fryers, woks, or microwaves in the restaurant. Our menu is “light and vegetable-driven instead of greasy and starch-heavy.*”
WE ARE CHEAP EATS! The majority of our menu items are less than ten bucks. Google our name and hopefully the resulting search will give some sense of who we are and what we do.
However, what we’re most proud of are the many customer feedback and comments we received throughout the years. It certainly makes going to the restaurant everyday a pleasure.
